These terms govern your use of the AK Consulting website and any communications you initiate with us through it. They do not constitute a service agreement — service-specific terms are agreed in writing on a per-engagement basis.

3. Service engagements
Any logistics, freight forwarding or customs clearance services we provide are governed by a separate written service agreement, the Standard Trading Terms of the South African Association of Freight Forwarders (SAAFF), and applicable South African legislation including the Customs and Excise Act.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, is the property of AK Consulting or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we provide it "as is" without warranty and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on website content. Service-related liability is governed by the relevant service agreement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
